OUR HISTORY

The Canadian Miniature Pinscher Club was established in 1986 with an objective to promote, improve, encourage, develop and advance in all legitimate ways, the breeding of quality Miniature Pinschers of true type. 

By educating breeders and fanciers to work towards sound breeding practices, responsible ownership, proper care, upbringing & maintenance, we have achieved and will continue to achieve this goal. 

However, membership in the Canadian Miniature Pinscher Club is not just for breeders or those that compete and show, membership is open to all enthusiasts, including those who currently own a miniature pinscher, have previously owned or hope to own a miniature pinscher in the future. In 2026 we are celebrating our 40th Anniversary and we are very proud of the 40 years of excellence we have maintained with superior practices, which is proven by the many generations of quality, purebred miniature pinschers, enjoyed by breeders, fanciers/enthusiasts and companion pet homes across the country and around the world today!
